Privacy
The app collects nothing.
Olo Vision has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and the app never connects to the internet. The only personal data we ever hold is an email address you choose to give us.
Who we are
Olo Vision is made by ENT ehf. (kt. 690711-0520), Esjugrund 13, 116 Reykjavík, Iceland. We are the controller of the data described here. Questions, requests and complaints: support@olo.vision.
The app
The Olo Vision app collects no data. It makes no network connections, so nothing you do in it leaves your device.
Your settings (session length, the reveal you chose, sound, and a few counters such as how many runs you've completed) are stored only on your device, and are deleted when you delete the app. During a session the app sets your screen brightness and restores your own level afterwards; that, too, happens only on the device.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Apple does not share buyers' identities with us; we receive only aggregate sales reports. Apple's own privacy policy covers the App Store.
The website
Email signup
If you subscribe on olo.vision we store three things: your email address, the date and time, and the country your request came from (as reported by our host, Cloudflare). We use them only to send you Olo Vision news: the launch, and occasional color-science notes. We never sell or share the list.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time: reply to any of our emails or write to support@olo.vision, and we delete your address. Until then we keep it for as long as we send news.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it, and stores the signup list for us. Cloudflare acts as our processor.
Fonts
Our fonts are served from olo.vision itself. The site makes no third-party requests.
No cookies, no analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or ads.
Support email
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you, and keep them as long as that conversation needs.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or export the data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to support@olo.vision. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
